• Early Season - May 1 to June 12 - Applies only to stays of 3 nights or longer
• Late Season - August 12 to closing - Applies only to stays of 3 nights or longer
• Minimum Nights Rental - July 1 to August 12 - Weekends - 4 nights
• Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day - 3 nights
• May, September, October - 2 nights (regular rate) or 3 nights (low season rate)
• The nightly rate is based on the capacity of the cabin, listed as maximum. This is an absolute maximum & includes all children 2 years and older. Any additional guests will be required to rent other accommodations.
• Rates are subject to 6% service charge, which is all distributed to all employees, and 6.875% MN sales tax. (No local taxes.)
• No pets. No exceptions. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Making Your Reservation
Because of the wide variety of accommodations, facilities, and packages, reservations are best discussed by telephone. We require a deposit ($175.00 per room, approximately one-third of lodging total on cottages and townhouses). We will hold reservations for one week if you wish to send a check, or you may place it on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation. V/MC, Discover and personal or travelers checks or cash are accepted for final payment upon departure.

Cancellation Policy
You are financially responsible for the entire confirmed reservation. A written confirmation will be issued for any changes made by telephone. Please retain it. Please understand that once we have lost income from a rental, it cannot be recovered, and our season is very short. In case of cancellation, for any reason including personal emergency, our ability to return your deposit depends on our ability to re-rent the unit for those dates. We will make our best effort to do so, and the longer notice we have, the better our chances. If we cannot re-rent, the deposit is forfeited. If we do re-rent, we will return your deposit less a $75.00 handling fee for a cottage or townhouse, and a $25.00 fee for a room.
