Please understand that once we have lost income from a rental, we cannot recover that. Our season is very short.
In case of cancellation, for any reason including personal emergency, our ability to refund your deposit depends on our ability to re-rent your accommodation for your reserved dates. Notify us of your cancellation as far in advance as possible. We will then make our best effort to re-rent. The more advance notice you provide, the better our chances. If we cannot re-rent, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If we do re-rent, we will refund the deposit less a 10% handling fee.
For 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can adjust your dates or units for use anytime during the 2020 season, subject to availability. You can downsize and move back, for example, and make use of the deposit on your adjusted vacation anytime during 2020.
For 2020, if you decide to cancel your reservation and not come at all, your deposit becomes non-refundable. We have used all deposits to prepare for the 2020 season and have added a line of credit to have funds to operate.
If we do re-rent your cancellation, the people renting have the first option for that space on those dates in 2021. If we re-rent, we will refund the deposit less a 10% handling fee.
